2km Dart Challenge - Family Plan

The 2km Dart challenge is an ideal way to start building your fitness together as a family. It is broken into small training chunks that you can slot into your day, building up the distance slowly over 6 weeks. (Once you’ve mastered this, why not enter a Great Run Mini event?!)

WHO IS THIS TRAINING PLAN FOR?

It is for any family looking to improve fitness and take part in a fun run together. Anyone from a complete beginner runner (child or adult!) will be able to follow along and learn to run.
